A Family Hike

So it's been quite a while since my last post. I've been pretty busy with my internship and being a mommy. In fact I should be working on something for school right now, but...

Never mind that. This video just can't wait another minute to post. Last weekend we went to a nearby park for a little family hike. It was sort of our consolation for having to back out of the Sunday School camping trip. Anyway, we forgot to bring Brynna's back pack, and at over 25 pounds neither of us really wanted to carry her up and down the trial. Well she wasn't real sure about the whole hiking thing at first. She either wanted to be carried or to hold both our hands and walk between us. She didn't really grasp the concept of "narrow" trails. Anyway, we put her in charge of the leash. Translation: give the kid some responsibility so she'll stop complaining. She didn't care who was on the leash; she just liked being in charge.

That is HILARIOUS! The things we do to keep them happy.

What is that shirt Brynna is wearing?! Doesn't she know the Aggies got thumped by the Red Raiders 35-7. Don't make me send her another Tech Cheerleader outfit!! Daryl, incase you forgot the score it was 35-7. Alexis and I hope Brynna likes the stuff we sent. Alexis wants you to know that she wants no part of the book, it wass my idea.
