Our reward for making it through this year's long hot Summer has been a nice, cool, and wet Fall. The weather turned chilly the very first day of Fall, and I raced the kids outside to enjoy it as quick as I could. People in northern states hide indoors during the winter. In Texas we hide indoors during the Summer. It was so much fun to watch and play with the kids outside without melting or suffocating.
Here are a few shots of the kids enjoying the nice weather. The ones with Lane in the red jacket (a hand-me-down from cousin Camden) were taken on the first day of Fall.
